Linda’s passion for movement began at an early age as a ballerina and has evolved over the course of two decades as a fitness professional. She has taught a wide range of group fitness classes and has trained extensively to instruct Pilates, Yoga, and meditation. Linda’s passion was ignited by the understanding of the energetic body and the connection between mind and body; she began her journey as both a Yoga practitioner and teacher. Linda has since trained under world-renowned teachers such as Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, and David Swenson just to name a few. She loves to make people happy and is deeply committed to helping others on their journey to find joy and peace. Linda’s personal motto: Know your worth.
Dr. Christina Casado A.P. is a Florida-Licensed Acupuncture Physician and Certified Chinese Medical Herbalist. For more than 20 years, Christina has traveled the world to study the medicinal actions of plants and their uses in medicine as well as deepening her studies of other ancient healing traditions from East Asia. Christina has a B.S. in Environmental Science from Tufts University, an M.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri and has trained under world-renowned teacher Kiiko Matsumoto. She is certified in injection therapy for pain management and detoxification. Christina is driven by her deep compassion for others and focuses on helping her patients to love and accept themselves for who they truly are.

7:30 A.M. Morning Flow– Connect your body and mind through group Sattva Yoga Journey with Linda
9:00 A.M. Breakfast buffet – A selection of teas, coffee, fresh fruit juice, local and seasonal fruit, grains, savory goods, and baked goods.
11:00 A.M. Five Elements Workshop – Group workshop lead by Dr. Casado exploring the five elements and how to apply these concepts for daily well-being.
12:30 P.M. Group lunch – Plein air dining in the garden at Salvayou lovingly prepared by Chef Genevieve with local and seasonal organic ingredients.
1:30 P.M. Afternoon breath work session or private consultations and massages.
4:30 P.M. Free time to enjoy the breathtaking hilltop grounds overlooking the beautiful Dordogne Valley and explore the surrounding forests.
7:30 P.M. Group dinner – Family style gourmet dinner inspired by nature and skillfully prepared by our fabulous Chef Valerie with fresh local ingredients.
Travel back in time in luxury in the remodeled 13th century bed and breakfasts. Perched on the rolling hills of France’s breathtaking Dordogne Valley, La Dependence and Chambre D’Hotes Les Boudines are located just outside small medieval town of Saint-Germain-de-Belves less than two hours south of Bordeaux. Each property features private suites with modern furnishings, cantilevered pool with with sun deck and communal sitting areas. Soak in its relaxing waters and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape of rolling hills, the winding Dordogne River, medieval castles and villages.
You will begin each day after your morning yoga journey with a gourmet organic breakfast buffet. Our local chefs, Genevieve and Valerie, have carefully designed menus featuring the best of Perigord’s regional dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients for lunches and dinners. All menus have been developed with Dr. Christina Casado to meet specific dietary guidelines in order to promote the detoxification of your body, reduce inflammation and support immune health. All produce, meats and food products are sourced from the best local farmers and artisans, ensuring freshness and flavor.
