I felt like I was a Goddess. Every detail from the dinners, table settings, workshops and consultations, I felt really special and pampered. I give all the time and this was the time to receive.

I liked the classes a lot. Meditation has helped with my anxiety both at work and in my personal life.

I found that yoga helped me disconnect from the world. Meditation helped me realize things about myself not only work-related but personal that have helped me realize I need to focus on myself more than I already do.

It was an amazing life-changing journey. In addition to the love and care that they put into the food while they were making it, but with my food allergies, they even went a step further. It made me feel special that they really did care what they served me. They really truly cared.

It was a peace week, a wellness week. I have gone home and bragged to everyone about the fabulous, fresh and healthy food in France. It really made me look at things differently and make a change, and I have.
